30-day window
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
Eligibility
Items must be clean, unused, and free of damage, odor, or pet hair beyond normal handling. Personalized or final-sale items may not be eligible.
How to start
Contact us at hello@happytailssupply.com or (505) 699-4763 with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address when applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
